Luxury houses
Take a look at your choices and choose the one that would be the hardest to install at a later date. Someone wrote in the other day and asked about having a deeper than normal basement in their new house. This is a one time shot so I told them to go for it since it could not be done later.

Victorian houses They came from old houses that were being demolished. Is there a market for these items? How would I find buyers and an estimate of how much they are worth?
Check out this link.

But remember yours are antique and original and probably worth 5 times those prices.
Sell em on e-bay

You do not have to have a party to order. You can just call a rep and get wha you want. Maybe they will offer you a discount or maybe you could do a catalog party instead to get free stuff!

Beach houses am thinking about buying land on the gulf coast in texas near the beach. I don't know if it would be more cost effective to buy land with a house already on it and make changes later or to buy a lot and build what we want. I don't want anything fancy. Just a small, wooden beach house for weekends. Any idea what it would cost to do something like this?
Well There is a wide range of prices here are some listings for sales in the Corpus Christi and South Padre Island Area:

Beach houses I'd like to rent a beach front cottage or house on either coast for a month or two sometime during October – January. Where is the best place to look for affordable rentals? Doesn't have to be fancy, just in close proximity to the ocean.
Try looking for rentals in Lincoln City or Seaside/Cannon Beach, Oregon.
The beaches here in Oregon are public domain property, but many houses are on the beach front.

Lowe's has cottage type homes for sale now. I saw them advertised on a recent flyer from their stores.
They're the same ones the government put up for residents in new orleans & gulf shores after the hurricane.

cottage houses I don't just mean "cottage means country house", I mean how did the name came to existance and how does it say anything about the cheese?
ACTUALLY COTTAGE CHEESE ORIGINATED FROM VILLAGES WHERE PEOPLE USED TO MAKE IT IN THEIR HOUSES SO THE SOFT CHEESE WAS GIVEN THIS NAME
